Ok heres the deal.

Teams of 4 go head to head. I will create a scoring system/ladder when the teams form.

The teams are teams of four where any and all tactics or strategies can be used including but not limited to support weapons and minefields, however, these tactics and strategies must not include the use of grenade launchers (HK69, HK OICW 20mm HE, HK 79).

To apply to my team, here are the openings:
Leader/Rifleman/Specialist pro tempore-Blade
Support/Rifleman pro tempore-
Rifleman-
Rifleman/Specialist pro tempore-
Note: Positions of troops does not have to be this configuration, feel free to use four snipers if you choose. This is merely my team's.

Ok the tourney will be on these maps.

b.) De Dust
c.) Bunkers under Fire.
d.) <BUCK> New Bunkers
e.) Stronghold (or Fortress)

I doubt you could get enough people to make up 3 or 4 teams of 4 players. I think you would have better luck with teams of 2. This would allow for more teams and possibly more matches.

As far as thats concerned two teams would be enough but three would be a lot better. As Pie says hes going to make one, I trust that someone will scrape up a third team.

Besides, two person teams defeats the idea. I want teams big enough to have strategy (tactics rather) involved. Itd be pretty stupid if one person overwatched while one walked into the building.

You know, Blade, this reminds me of the groups that I tried to generate. (and you know what happened to that idea! )

However, I think this will be successful. I still see many people (mostly without mods) playing RSD, and creating teams of 4 would ensure that those people continue playing the game, if they are able.

Quite interesting, the way you handle this new idea. I think my first method of creating an Elite group of players, meant to play tallied tournaments was great, albeit nobody wanted to join the group. Same went with the universal GameRanger 'clan' idea. (I prefer not using the term "clan" for any organized groups I fabricate.)

Yeah, it seems both Pie and Sparky have decided to make teams.

I'm pretty sure hx will make one when he gets back, otherwise he'll just join one. Great, great great great. In your face, monoman.
