Hey Karen, sorry I haven't been on...for some reason AIM wont let me log in...
anyway to make CE maps you need a PC and Halo CE for PC which can now be on a mac...required you have the required things...look in the Halo section.
Now if you do have those, then its merely a sense of learning how to use the CE programs. Example, Halomaps.org
