Campaign c40 elites

Okay...i looked ALL OVER MGM for a way to make elites follow me through the level... There have been plenty of requests similar to the one i'm about to state.
I want to have the c40 mod so that elites are my allies and they follow me throughout the level. Usually this would be a simple task because of marine ai. But the problem is that there is no marines in c40. So i beg of anyone who is capable of this... Please modify the campaign so that i can have following ally elites. I know this request will probably not go through and nobody will do it but its worth a try.

hell, yeah! that would be awesome! the problem is that you need to script the whole map to make the elites follow you. :-\
there's nothing like a "follow player" flag to activate; as far as i know you have to... uhm, set the paths that the allies are going to walk into. <_< it's an hard job!
(in fact marines don't ever follow you so much. probably when a BSP is over they will just stop)
unfortunately i don't know anything about scripting (maybe you need CE too <_<) and so i cannot help
but i like the idea and i'd like to see it completed too. <.<

Well, I managed to sort of do this one time. I think it occurred when I gave the camo elites swords. Rather than attack me, they would just follow me around everywhere.
Unfortunately, I cannot recall exactly what I did... I think I made the elite majors into stealth elites, then gave them swords. Except, I think I did this through hexedit rather than Eschaton. You can try either method... Sorry I can't remember... It was a while ago!

They only followed you because they don't know how to use swords.
