ok here's the story:
i was sick so i got bored and started to play halo 1 on legendary (not the first time) and i choosed to play assault on the control room.
as i was playing the map i was amazed how great these spaces would be for multiplayer so i decided to take some pictures to show you guys the most awesome things on halo




this map would be awesome for team games as for CTF.
there would be like 2 bases and flags and snipers and like 2 hogs on this map.
it would be awesome just 2 bridges and those 4 huge spotlights! i'd love you guys so much if you could make this map real (with teamwork guys )


an awesome games for servers that run 6 to 12 players




so here's 2nd thing i think would look cool in multiplayer maps.
there's like that spotlight and ice so hogs would slide nicely on it and there would be those huge pillars that would be nice place for cover and stuff





this is just another picture from almost as same place as the 1st is taken. except here is just 1 bridge.

my idea would be that near bridges would be 1 hog on each team and on that other side that don't have bridges would be like 2 snipers on each team

i had the same idea (i'm not talking about that bsp; I am talking about using a SP bsp for a new map!), but i wanted to do it for full. :-\



...anyway, the problems would be: bitmaps, illegality, bungie may close gamespy servers.


we should give the mod only to some people, and play only on gameranger.





...or, we could do something like that for halo full. >_> <_<

well the illegality isn't problem if you make the map custom and what's gameranger?

btw if they wanted to close gamespy servers they would've done that when island v1 was released

I think if someone could makes that it would be awesome, and if it does get made, i would like to ask pool (since it would be kinda off his idea) if i could use the map to work on a mod im thinking of doing

i hope it gets made too but i dont think it will happen.

you mean like if i make snow in bloodgulch and i got it off from like assault on the control room the map is "illegal"?

Yes. That would be correct. Anyone who does not own Halo Full (legally) would be in possession of material they did not pay for, which is illegal.

thanks, but ill wait to download untill we need it.

while this is an good idea. simply put. its not possible. to many legalities. plus. no one but sword understands the proper way to do a working BSP conversion.
