In the Marathon games, I remember you could download these maps where Bobs would infinitely respawn, and I had a blast getting them all pissed at me and hunting me down, and then seeing how long I could survive. I think that would rock in Halo.

What are these Bobs you speak of. And your best bet is looking Here.

When in the map description it states that it has AI bots, for example Marine AI bots, does that mean that necessarily mean that these bots will respawn? I want to go on a never-ending marine killing spree that will gradually increase in difficulty.

Make an account. And yeah there is a few respawning mod. You'll need to convert it. I take it you already know.

not all were soldiers, some were civilians.
