Halo Custom Edition and Halo Editing Kit Starter Kit

For all you guys who like using Halo CE on your Windows XP partition, I've released a Starter Kit to get Halo CE and the HEK up and running with all the latest recommended tools from HaloMaps.org and elsewhere.
