It's a CE map that predates having a CE section on halomods. It should be in the CE section but is instead in the HPC outstanding section.

Well since no one else answered this issue I will. You can't install it because it's a custom edition map not a halo pc/mac map. It may however be convertible to playable form using harbinger (see stickied topic).
Halo CE: A stand-alone expansion, entitled Halo: Custom Edition, was released solely for the PC and allowed players to create custom content for the game.

alt i converted that map yep its ppc lol i did it a while ago when i stumbled upon it in the PC section

Worked fine for me. Used find all but most likely works with find ones.
