how do u combine the map with the bitmap

i need help combine the map and bitmap together i think its called internalize

Eschaton 0.7.2 and up:
Open and expand your target map.
There should be an data internationalization tab.
Select the bitmaps and sounds you wish to be internalized.
Press the internalize button.
Rebuild the map.
