How do I change the cubemap/ grainy texture of the warthog.

I know how to skin, but I would like to know how to make it so the warthog is not grainy so when I skin it, it doesn't look horrible.
Here is a pic.
How do I get rid of that? Is it the cubemap? What is it?
How would I change that?
I also have a problem with Eschaton 0.7.3
When I try to recursively extract a scnr tag so I can swap BSPs It crashes after extracting the tag. What is wrong with it? How do I fix it?

Do not recursively extract the scnr
You can do recursively extract Sbsp.

hello! no, it's not a cubemap. it's a... uhh... >_> detail map i think? idk if it's the correct name.
btw, it's this one:

search for that
soso tag, and swap the third bitmap with something more clean-ish.
uhh.. i hope that helped enough... XP
PS: @ zanghfei: THE T-BAG FAMILY" would be more correct i think. <.< XD

I thought that would be in the meta. LIke when you're skinning things like bsp's in 3d studio max, you adjust the resolution of the image.
