asking for another mod

i wonder if anyone thinks that an over-the-shoulder-view mod would work, so that you could see the mc, or some other character (thanks to all the "modders" out there) from over the right or left shoulder like in the later ghost recon games (not ghost recon 1).
that'd be really cool, esp. for a hunter mod, or character mods in general, cause what you really want to do is admire what you look like.
just throwing that out there.
and dont worry, im requesting stuff now, but i promise to get into it myself (it be extremely fun to play a mod of star wars battlefront which has been replaced by halo gear (essentially, making the halo levels like battlefront, with a bunch of AI's running around and vehicles and chaos in general))
also, there was an project i read about in the netherlands (or maybe denmark, idk) to make a half-life mod of the 2nd Renaissance (i.e. the Animatrix). i think a halo, or some other game mod would be really cool, because if youve seen the animatrix, you know that battle scen would be HEAVEN to play.
