hi. I'm relatively new to this website and HaloMD. I'm really excited to see that people still play/keep up with this game and I'd like to get into this community. I downloaded the newest HaloMD download and everytime I try to play I get this error message that says "Connection to Master Server Failed".
Can a new guy get some help?

Hm. Weird? I think that when running HMD in the past days i could at least see that dedicated CH server. Even yesterday, maybe?
But right now i'm getting the same message as you! It's odd?

Last time i checked, Sparky is the guy that manages the master server. (we all should be thankful to him for this)
If there are some problems I'm sure he'll be able to look into them and fix 'em! All i can really do right now is sharing information and welcoming you!

I saw this problem a few days ago and reported it to nil after checking things out on my end. It seems as if the problem is on Monoman's end, so he'll have to work this one out with nil.

Monoman screwed something up. Nothing I can do.

I added an .htaccess file according to what you requested, nil, and the lobby is working again.

Also, I don't know that this was Monoman's fault, or anyone's fault in particular, since we're just shuffling the pieces of the puzzle until they seem to form a picture.
