You know how in matg (Globals) or scnr (Scenario) there a limited amount of tags used for scenery/vehicles/weapons? How do I increase this amount? I look at other mods and see some have twice as much as bloodgulch normally does.
Pictures helping to explain what I am asking.

I have boxed the amount of scenery tags in scnr (Scenario) on each in purple.

He added them using sword edit. It creates Scenery chunks.

also, in the old swordedit(modded) click spawn editor and activate scenery. dont go crazy or will crash.

In swordedit you can add scenery references.
