Is There Any Way To Take Movies?

Ok, I know that you can take pictures (Apple-Shift-3, for those who dont know) but is there a way to take movies? I searched on google for halo just for the heck of it, to get some cool pictures, but then I clicked on movies, and some people have some pretty awesome movies. These movies did not come from a video camera! They looked exactly like the computer making a movie of the screen. How is this possible? Does anybody know how? Thanks a ton, it would be awesome to do, it would help me with halo, and some other school stuff. Thanks a ton!!!!!!!!

Only way I know of is Snapz or some other movie taking program. >_>

Ok, I looked at a couple, but those that can take movies cost money. Does anybody know of one that takes movies but doesnt cast anything? Thanks,

no, it dosnt work well. theres these big words in blue letters that say "UNREGISTERED VERSION OF SNAPZ PRO X". its no good... unless you can look past those words into the background. kinda hard though.

i didnt. im just too lazy to root through my computer and pluck out all those files, then download it again, only to have it pop up like that 15 days later. too much work for 15 days. and i probably wont use it either. also, im thinking my dads computer might have at least an old version of it, so i might be able to copy it onto a flash drive and move it like i did with photoshop 7. i just wish that it was a higher version. being stuck with 7 stinks when i see what can be accomplished on CS2. also, now that im making another mod, theres nothing better than a picture to awe or confuse people.

side note: im releasing 3 mods together in a little while, once i have finished the third. big for me, not much compared to what we have (island, dual weilding, others), but good enough.

I love taking little clips every now and then. Having Snapz full version is so handy (not to mention free with a little time and effort).

You need Tiger for that to work. Hit OK or Continue when it prompts you, and the Snapz Pro timer will be reset.

To reset the snapz pro timelimit:

• 1. Remove snapz pro x from your statrup items under system prefrences. (System Prefrences -> Users -> [Your Account] -> Startup itmes -> Remove Snapz Pro)
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Open the application "Termial"
  4. Type in this without the "", "rm ~/Library/Preferences/.DS_store\ "
  5. Press enter.
  6. Start up Snapz Pro.
  7. Use.

Ambrosia software company made the thing that says how long you've had it as ".DS_store " with a space so that its hidden, and seems like a ".DS_store" file.

And to note, I wasn't the one who figured this out. A little birdy told me so.
