New modder looking for a job

The reason I made this topic is to ask: "What skill sets are needed most on mgm"

So with that I Would like to know, and I only care about intelligent posts made by intelligent people, what is needed right now?
If you help me to learn I will be your assistant forever, helping you with anything I can.

Here is my resume:

Pros:
I will do whatever you teach me to do
I want to learn
I have medium experience with Swordedit and Eschaton
And some other stuff I cant really think of
I can do some skinning.
Cons:
I am, for the most part, clueless on how to mod
I don't have a long list of mods that I made
I have limited free time as of now
Whats needed:
A list, and preferably download links of all the software, references, ect that I will need.
Time
Patience
Effort
The ability to not get pissed off at how little i know about modding

I really want to anything to get into the modding community.

Good-day.

I am changing my name to Jopaka, AWESOME!

Well, no one can decide for you. Do what you like; I got into bitmapping, got bored of it and tried modeling. (But first make sure you know how to spell, POA or mgalekgolo or Hunterfuck or whatever his name is skipped this step)

LOL. indeed. :P

(if you are one of the new modders, please don't read the whited-out spoiler) (by ‘new modder’ i mean people who are still willing to mod)
Like, i have gathered quite some knowledge about how a map looks and acts, right? But right now i ...feel that it was just useless to! D: As mota said, knowing how to mod the mac version of the demo of an ancient game won't really be of any use later in life. \:
...still,
all this stuff i know about modding should be memorized by somebody else! D: i mean... if they care. <_<

So! If you need help try and IM me when i am around! My AIM screenname is taxiserv9 (and is linked below my posts too, i believe D: ), or check the IRC channel to see if i'm lurking in.

It was said that these skills don't transfer, but I recently spoke with Modzy about this and I said that we do have skills that transfer - you can always build upon things you've learned in life.

and what you said sparky, thats why i want to learn animations or modeling because my dream has been to work for a video game company, making video games and stuff, so better to start now than later

I don't want to use ce animations, i want to make my own. Mainly Third person animations, because you never see those, they are really needed, covy carto for example, and you see all these new fp animations but they don't match the tp thats what I want to fix.

So back on topic, I downloaded some fresh tags I plan on importing to a new map, I'll release it if it doesn't suck as much as this one. Also,Flaming Bunnies directed me to some beautiful H3 tags and models, will use if they work right.
