Alright, I have decided to try some modelling, so I asked what the most common utility for Halo modelling is and I was told it was Wings 3D. So, I downloaded it but where to from there? there were some tutorials on the site but I didnt think they related to halo, so I went to "file>open" and went to halo but everything was greyed out so I thought "it must be because the header is not the full version header" so I went to Syperium's tut for opening demo maps in HMT and thought maybe it was the some problem but, of course, the link was dead to the full version BG map so now... im stuck, could someone please help?

first of all you need to export models from the bloodgulch.map and then import them into wings3D. second if you dont know how to make model changes work with the demo you arnt going to get very far...

u need to use the full header in the demo bloodgulch in order to open the map in any other program like HMT. also you will need OBJconverter in order to export .obj files from the bloodgulch.map
