When did you decide to switch to plugins, and why?
Hard-coded values... I can see advantages to plugins instead, like expandability.

Switched to plugins because of lazy. And switched by the very next release which was Eschaton 0.3. It quickly became apparent that plugins would reduce a lot of code work.

Hahaha, I remember this. How about bob's HMT or sparkedit? Anyone ever use Deox's bitmask calculator? Modifying the header of the maps with a hex editor and then rebuilding them with HHK?
Rock mod anyone? Figuring out how gametypes worked?
