Mac Gaming Mods

Well, this is what I've been working on for a while. It's a replica of the Halo 3 HUD (Heads up display). I've changed it from 4 grenade types to 2, because it would look weird if there were 2 you couldn't use. Now, for the pics:

In the dark:

In the bright: (You can see that the visor barely shows up and doesn't block your view, like in H3)


Things to do:
- Re-do score meters, they look horrible
- Make ammo meters (These are H3MT's )
- Make colors correct
- Objective Arrows

So, please give me some comments and how to improve this. I might release this later, I dunno.

its awesome it looks just like halo 3 HUD maybe u should import carbine smg battle rifle bubble shield and stuff like that so it could be like a real halo 3 mod not the other crappy 1 (no offence meant to the creator)

This is only about the HUD, not about the content :S

i think that you should make the radar round because it is kind of hard to see it

Not totally round, because it's slanted in H3.

If the ammo bitmaps are the only parts you borrowed, I think this is a fine job. Great work!

Good work, but... I don't get why everyone bases their HUD's off of H3... Seriously, there's plenty of H3 UI's out there, when is someone else gonna create something new? I'm tired of seeing attempted ripoffs. However, I'm not denouncing your work or anything, it looks great, just seems people are lacking creativity to make a *good* original design. :/
