It is. i just didnt want it so dark that it cancels out all my ground and base skinning.

I'm not really going to be a part of this mod, but something like fullscreen Night Vision would be awesome for a dark map. You know, instead of the flashlight effect.

if that is possible- that should be included. But the night vision to be white or any other color than bright green...

Yeah well capwn is dead. And you can see bases pretty clearly in the version im uploading. (40 percent)
