thanks for trying to help Syperium. I guess nobody really knows what firewall settings you have to change (its ok everybody

). Anyway, can people recommend file sharing applications to me? I have tried edonke2000, but that was a peice of crap, you had no control on whether stopping the download or anything. Also, I have tried downloading limewire, but when I double click to install it, it justs quits. I have literally re-downloaded it over 5 times. I have even tried different internet places. I have tried downloading other versions of it, but it says that it cant be downloaded. Thirdly, I have Poisoned. Compared to edonkey2000, it was awesome, but it doesnt have a huge selection of Mac files. Syperium has recommended me to Acquisition, it is downloading as we speak. I will try that one. If anybody knows of any other ones, please add them to this topic! Thanks!!!!

They're actually called P2P programs. I only use LimeWire and torrents (occasionally).
