He is using HHK to import the new scenerio and things, that allow him to duel weld. Then, he is using HMT, I beleive to append the models of the weapons and other things.

Dual wielding is just new animations and new models. The two guns are actually one weapon with a primary fire and secondary fire that overrides the grenades. Primary for one gun and secondary for the other. Or you could just make them shoot at the same time. But that involves changing projectile spawn points.

Yeah, yeah, Beast we all know you're the smartest guy here. You didn't have to come in and blow my post away with your big words and know-it-all attitude. I mean, c'mon...

Beast is right up there yes, but he's not quite the smartest here (at least when it comes to modding). That would be sword. Too bad sword's kinda one of those people that likes to shove things in your face and just be like "You are totally and completely wrong".

Just because he's so smart doesn't mean he has to be an ass.

Who the hell cares who's the smartest. And I'm not even going to begin to point out how modding capability is hardly linked to intelligence.

I agree with Beast. IT isn't smarts. It's bassically what you think will work... make an "Educated Guess".

I am taking a few minutes out of packing for a debate tournament and doing to homework to say this, so please hear or read what I have to say:
Don't let this turn into a flame topic. We don't need anymore of them. (I'm not claiming that I wasn't involved in them but anyway.) I think that we can all agree on that modding does need a degree of intelligence. However, I believe that it also requires creativity, and originality. sword has the capacity to do what few others can do to the map, and he does deserve credit for that. Anyway, my point is that we can't simply say that because sword is smarter than me he is a better modder. (He is, but that isn't the point.) Modding does also require some educated guessing and luck as Syperium pointed out. So, uh, be happy.....

i agree 100%. its too bad sword is about the only one who knows how though... imagine if we had 2 swords! then we would be cranking out insane new maps and weapons and all that other stuff he does. just imagine.
