No. The pelican is as fast as the covey dropship and the covey dropship is faster then the banshee sooo.

I personally have wanted to fly the Pelican ever since I first played the original Halo on xbox. It would be really amazing to play with it in teamgames, and have people shooting out of the rear of it with rockets and whatever.

Of course you mod the xBox on your computer, but you need a Xbox mod Chip installed into your computer because the langauge for mac/pc is different than xbox. once you have that, modding an xBox map is as easy as doing it on the computer. I think people use HMT for that.
