Custom Meta injector

The confusion here is terrible.

Halo Demo has no .app extension, it is an executable. If you've added an .app extension to the filename, you've done wrong.
Halo Demo has no package contents because it is not a directory like .app's are, it is a single executable file.

Halo Demo and presumably HMT are CFM type executables; a type that is now considered 'old'. The problem is his computer can't run such executables. LaunchCFMApp (located in /System/Library/Frameworks/Carbon.framework/Versions/A/Support/) seems to fail.

You should get your computer looked at or do disk repair permissions with Disk Utility, or something. Maybe try running LaunchCFMApp yourself if you know how to.

Does anyone remember when Emac's gave deimos rising and THPS4? well they both used the same format as halo. Deimos rising worked fine on snow leopard, but THPS4 just bounced twice, then quit.

I didn't think about Rosetta being the issue. Not entirely convinced it is though.

@lolmaster: Download and run HHK: http://halodemomods.com/wiki/File:Halo_Hacking_Kit.zip , if this program opens up (it will probably ask you to download something called Rosetta), then try launching Halo Demo or HMT again and see if that works.

HHK doesnt ask for rosetta it just works

yer the link to rosetta website is broken it just leads to apple home and im pretty sure i need it to run

That means you have rosetta installed and rosetta is not the issue.
