I didn't see any attacks, per se, by those users, so they really aren't to blame. Let's not let disparaging thoughts guide the topic. The history of the game is worth discussing, and I'd like to hear Bungie tell us why they dropped support for the Mac platform. (It's crazy, it took a third party - Gearbox and Westlake Interactive - to make the mac version!) We can speculate that it was because of money; perhaps MS had some biased methods, as usual?

Unlike other platform developers who create something and let the game developers come at their own will, Microsoft went around and bought several game companies to help get their first Xbox off the ground.

EDIT: Also, by using proprietary 3D APIs and buying out the people who make games, then forcing them to use your proprietary software, you've successfully created a monopoly on both the console and computer gaming market. Congrats, ya slummy sonuvabitch.

Wow. Just wow. Macs MADE Halo. Need we see this again? Because this is the true Halo. This is what made the game. You Halo PC fanboys have no idea how lucky you are that the Mac exists. Without it you would never, EVER have Halo. You wouldn't even have a substitute. And chances are without Halo you wouldn't have the Xbox. We took the blow, you got the reward. Be happy Bungie didn't refuse Microsoft's offer. After so much experience and time on the Mac, I am surprised that they did not.

I noticed the banshee contrail lasted longer than it does now. Other effects seemed better, too. But the majority became better later on.

Can i have this game?

The person who posted the second video mentioned something about the old Halo being released as a universal binary under the name Halo 2.0, which supposedly caused some confusion because people thought it was Halo 2 on the Mac. However, google is just as confused, because i cant find it.
