I put in the weather, but like I said before, feel free to change it. I didn't like the way it came out anyway. So really, people can change it if they want to. I didn't want to do snow though, 'cause snow gets old and boring after like 5 mods all with snow in them...

I believe it's an explosion bitmap, possibly for the Frag Grenade or Chain-gun impact.
