hmmm... how bout those noobs that say "how do u mod" or "where do u get hexedit" do u think they know how to mod? this is for them...like i told u in the mod dev forum

Just release it or don't, but don't make such a fuse over it. I don't think it makes a difference either way. The people who can already mod wont downloaded but those noobs that say "how do u mod" or "where do u get hexedit" might.
