You can quickly determine your IP address by visiting http://www.halodemomods.com/ and looking at the top right corner of the page. If you are logged into the wiki, first log out, then you will see your IP address there.

I said that because you should know that you can do that with HDM. It's also a faster method of finding your IP address, in case you are on HDM browsing mods anyway.
