No shields with Eschaton?

I'm trying to make a mod where the players have no shields...is this possible with Eschaton 8? I know its possible with gametypes but I wanted to do it with Eschaton.

simple! Coll> meta editor> floats> max shield vitality and shield vitality

Also body vitality if you want to modify the health.
