Mac Gaming Mods

Could all the modders for BFD make a Marathon mod? Like turn the allied to marines and axis to Pfhor or something. That would be really cool and you could just use some of the shapes that you pull out from Anvil.

Some possible weapon conversions:

Allied:
Sniper Rifle- umm... just do whatever you want with this one
Pistol- Magnum
Knife- Fists
Grenade- Those bouncy cyborg grenades
Bar 1918- AR
Bazooka- SPNKR
Thompson- SMG
That engineer rifle thing- Combat shotguns maybe?
Medic kit- Health can

Axis:
Sniper Rifle- Same as above.
Pistol- Pfhor Projectile Staff with accelerated projectile
Knife- Pfhor Staff
Grenade- Same as above.
The Assault weapon thing- Hunter cannon
Panzerschrek- Get creative
Medic gun- Trooper gun
Engineer gun- Enforcer weapon?
Medic kit- see above


On anything else I left out, get creative.

I think the type of modding team here isnt the type you would need to pull that off .

What type do we have here?

The type of mod you want would be done by a complete mod team, coders, modelers, etc.

We have 2 people here that do modding for BFD and I suck at doing models.

Well, most of the angles and stuff of the character things can be exported from Anvil when you access the shapes file. If anyone wants to try the mod I could get the shapes.

Marathon was a great game. I spend hours and hours making my own levels. But it was a great game. We have much better games now. I have Marathon still on CD, so when I like to play it, I can play it anyway... so I don't need another mod with a lookalike of Marathon.
So I have voted no.
