PROTIP: The only way this can be installed is if the person has direct, physical contact with your computer and installs it manually.

Yar.
A simple fix for this would be an Encrypt Drive Utility. But, I doubt M$ will ever add such a thing.

This most likely means Windows 7 will not be used for public computers.

Yeah, but I honestly don't know why public computers would run anything other than Linux.

The bad thing is, bitlocker won't be available except for enterprise and ultimate users, and most consumer PC's don't have TPM mircocontrollers...

Apparently, NVLabs will be keeping the code under wraps, but when one person finds an exploit, surely someone else can as well. And the code could easily be modifiable for a remote attack.

And linux is not gay, or cheap. It's awesome, and free. ^_^ *ownt*

I remember reading on Gizmodo that some government for some cities in the States got Linux machines.
And I don't see how a free open-source OS is "gay" or even "cheap" (free =/= cheap. It equals FREE.)

France I believe. They replaced all their Windows computers with Linux. In both the public and government sectors.
It reduced their Tech problems by 75%.

I was going to make a joke on how Windows 7 itself is an unfixable glitch, but after a quick read of the article, it turns out that is the case.
