Hex editing on halo 3? I don't have Halo 3, or an Xbox, is there a way of putting Halo 3 maps on your computer for editing?

That's what I fixed it is for. Was gonna edit it but then it was too late. xD But now i need an image of Valhalla so I can look at the files. <_> It's called riverworld.blf. >_>

Wait... If this is what I think it is you just made the best, most accurate, pwntastical tool for Forge ever. I always thought it would be cool for someone to make a Halo 3 level editor like Sapien for Halo CE and Vista. It would allow pinpoint perfect Forging as well as perfect rotational editing. This could make it much, much easier to throw out some levels I have been planning but dont have the time or patience to make. And complex object, switches, traps, and buttons could be made to perfection in a few minutes rather than hours perfecting thats torpedo tube or pallet sliding door. I wonder if Bungie can tell if the map is modded even if you only changed it so it looked well-forged or if they would care.
Sandbox is great but it dosnt seem to have switch/button potential.


This is probably what will happen. The two Forge maps Foundry and Sandbox will become maps for switches and large, new style maps, respectively. You should see some of the crazy buttons people have made on Forgehub.
