tuned icons!

hey mgm!!
i have a problem doing icons..i made this
but i cant put like an icon :S.. instead the itunes image its is an inage that say png
how can i fix that?? @.@

or img2icn which is really light and takes about ten seconds to use.

amm i like the icongrapher.. i make the icons in photoshop and then i drag to that program
