I have been emailing him asking about purchasing premium. Because, when I go to the website, it always says " Account not specified ".
So, if any of you could get in contact with him, tell him a potential customer is waiting... ( me! )

It's the administrators who check the emails... or are supposed to. As for emailing him about premium, here's a better idea:
Launch GameRanger
Push "Get Premium" in the upper left hand corner, next to the banner. It's hyperlinked.
From there you can give a CC number and what not.
