Hey I'm learning AppleScript. To begin programming. I've learnt AppleSoft. But its pretty much useless now.

But I've just begun learning the new stuff. I'm made a small application. It doesn't do much accept take you to the MacGamingMods home page.

But if anyone knows were there's good tutorials or new script learnings, can they please post links here.

So far I can:

Make the computer talk
Make the computer beep
Make little pop-up windows
Make programs that open applications then type something for you
Make programs that take you to sites.

So if anyone can help. By pointing me to good sites and any books. That would be great. THANKS!!!!!!!

uhmm use "with icon 1" and make the script has an icon

oh wait, you mean new icons?

· you need an idea, then you could draw it somewhere.
· when u like yer idea you can start it in photoshop.
· if you need, for example, 2 paper sheets and a pencil, go on google images and find 'em
· then you start working on a squared file (remember that icon's thuminail is 128x128)
· after you created your files (128x128, 48x48, 32x32 and 16x16) you can use IconBulider or Iconographer to unify them.

...and... what else... you've done! XD

PS: if you want, you can use just the 128x128 one; without buliding all others... :-\
