Youtube instant loading?

I opped for the html5 loading with youtube randomly and when I move the loading bar, it seems to freeze for 2 seconds and then it shows all is loaded. I tested it and all up to the end is loaded. What is this? I have a terrible connection too.

No, every video does it. its almost instant, I loaded a whole 20 minute video in 10 seconds or so. It shows as not loaded at the bar but when you move it it shows it all loaded.
