I really don't care about grammar or spelling as long as the message is clear. I think you're missing the underlying problem which are posts that have little value (such as your examples). If you think about it, both the wrong and the right examples that you provide are both pretty low quality.

Well, I (most likely) fixed most/all grammar issues there.
Also Zap, you are probably right there. However, It does make it a lot easier to decipher messages when the post is free of spelling/grammar mistakes.

The important thing is the message. Spelling is needed, grammar is preferable, and punctuation outside of periods is unnecessary for a clear message. However, things like this deliver the message quite clearly, even without the grammar:
