so what happened? since when was it cool to have forum signatures that are a +500 pixels high?

Some of you have signatures which can take up my entire browsing window. ontop of that they are not even signatures, just really large images. What gives?

Wasn't there a thread long ago about what a signature should contain?
Something like:
1 quote
1 bar thingy
1 picture (not oversized)
Details are fuzzy for me.

I think it was one medium sized signature and a small userbar or a quote.

Signatures probably shouldn't go above 300 pixels tall and 750 pixels wide.

My other metric sigs used to be huge, I didn't care about size. I think I'll make some userbars today cuz I'm bored.

Oh and a paramore and a linkin park sig.


Actually, my sig right now was taken at a live show they played a couple weeks ago.

I lol at the fact that the people who have huge sigs have not posted in this thread. Oh wait, hang on... *checks sig size*

My sig is within the boundaries. So please no more flaming of Thag the caveman. (I also love portal references) But POA's sig is just from a mac commercial.
