I was reading the newspaper when I came across an article about a site called http://www.chatroulette.com It is essentially omegle but with webcams.
With this audio and visual addition the randomness is increased exponentially.
One thing I like to do here is to place tape over my mouth and observe the reactions, the potential for this place is enormous.

Then again, there are some serious downsides to webcams and audio. Especially webcams. Which is why text is the way to go when messaging random people. Audio could be ok, I suppose. But webcam? Bad idea...
