Nope. Apple won't allow OSX to be put on anything other than Macs.

Incorrect. There are computer manufactures, such as Psystar, that will install OS X for you on their computers.
I'm sure they've got a lawsuit headed for them, though.

Yep. I believe that Psystar won that lawsuit though. I forgot the case... I'll go look it up again.
And yes, you can, get os x as your default operating system from the store, on your MSI Wind.
