We're really not sure exactly how good this map is gameplay-wise, but hey. It'll be fun no matter what, in my opinion.

It should be a pretty decent map. Of course somethings are irreplaceable like the halo 1 magnum, but we stayed as accurate as we could. We put all the halo reach equivalents of halo 1 vehicles and weapons in approximately the same location they would be found in in the old BG.
At each base there is a:
Tank
Chain hog
Rocket hog
Ghost
Teleporter
4 frag grenades
Plasma rifle
Assault rifle
2 Shotguns
Sniper rifle
Medpack
At each cliff there are:
1 magnum
2 plasma grenades
In the cave there is:
A gravity hammer (there is no flamethrower in reach
)
An Overshield
On the hills there are:
A rocket launcher
A fuel rod
An active camo (We couldn't alternate between the two, with our knowledge)
If there is anything we missed please tell us. When you play this map don't forget to make a gametype without armor abilities for a more original experience.

I don't know if you did this on purpose, but in your list you forgot the magnum that sits on the top of each base next to the grenades. Also, are you purposefully leaving out the shees? I don't exactly blame you, but on the other hand they do handle very differently in Reach and technically are easier to kill, unless I'm wrong...

Yes each base has a Magnum and a Banshee. The halo reach shee is hard to kill with the chain hog, which is not true in halo one. The rocket hog on the other hand, is homing in reach, unlike in halo 1 so it works out in the end.

the cliffs have 4 plasma grenades, not 2.

A gametype needs to be created as well, indestructible vehicles and melee damage at 75% or something.

I also propose that there be no DMR or NR. They are too powerful.
