I've made a concept for a nuclear powered switching engine once...

But the Canadian National Railroad hasn't upgraded their engines since the 80's...

I'm sure he has all the kinks worked out for nuclear fission and reactors in order ¬_¬ as well as the protection concepts for such a machine.
