Its a good idea, but they should've released the ipad first, along with the iphone instead of the ipod touch. As i said before, Its like an ipod touch, except with a bigger screen, though not by much. It makes no business sense to release the same exact product after it has already been released with only a few minor changes done to it. The only thing(s) that draw me to it is its ability to go on 3G where normal ipod touches cant. Also if you look in the top left corner, it says :IPOD. So its like they didnt make any changes to the item.

The difference between wifi and 3G is that 3G has more coverage and uses the battery faster than the wifi. But it is interchangable, so you can switch 3G off and still have wifi on, thus using less power.

The i Pad comes in two versions, the normal one that accesses the internet through wifi, and the 3G one which connects to the cellphone network.
The normal one is just like the i pod touch, the 3G is just like the i phone.
internet anywhere is a USB you put into your device that allows you to access a certain number of web pages anywhere on the planet without need for cell towers. This is different then 3G.

Personally I think the iPad is a bit overboard but I don't really mind because when the iPad jumps out, iPod touch prices get lowered =]
