Just popping back for a bit to see whats going on. It seems all the good free FPS games have been listed. I only have 3 others that I could list, but 2 are not free (and no demos, I think) and the other is freakin old. Anyone ever heard of a game called MDK? It must have been the first FPS I ever played because Im pretty sure it predates my old old computer, which predates my friend's Xbox, and therefore Halo 1, the only other FPS I can think of at that time. Got addicted to Halo so quickly... I was practically begging him to play the campaign rather than multiplayer, all the way through Halo 2. Although, now Im the one with the 360 and all the FPS Halo games. Must get my hands on Halo Wars...

I suppose I will post in anything else I find interesting. Otherwise, bye for now.

I vaguely remember having a disk for some ancient Apple laptop (that I think we still have O.O ), but now it runs under DOSBox or something.

If you want mods on popular and still-active games, I think the best place to look right now is at Valve. That is only by my knowledge, you guys might know other games with far more modding (maybe UT2k4?)
