Back in the Mac gaming community (dusted off my Mac!)

LOL...

I was clearing out my attic (girlfriend decided it was time I dumped some of my 'rubbish'!!!!)...

Anyway, found my 'old' (it isn't really) G4 PowerBook ~ I should explain that the reason it ended up shelved (even though it wan't that old) was because the dog chewed through the power adaptor and I was too tight to spend £64 at teh time to replace it...So it was shelved temporarily, then kinda forgotten about.

...Anyhoo...

I dragged it out, and got work to buy me a new poweradaptor and sparked it up!

IT STILL HAD MY 2 GIG OF GHOST RECON AND ALL THE ASSOCIATED MODS AND MAPS ON!

So this SUnday might see me having a look round GameRanger to see who still plays.

:)

It's a real shame you would do such a thing to a Power Book. *tsk tsk tsk*. You could've just kept it out for a look now and then, and imagine that you are playing a game or something. Haha!

It's good you got a mac now. Lol.

 MacBook and a Powerbook are two completely different computers. I'd imagine that alot of powerbooks are getting the shelf treatment nowadays, they are just too slow for any professional application(s), IMO.
