Lets see... The first time I saw this I thought it was the other assassination game. For those who dont know, the rules are a bit different.

Everyone sits around a table, someone is the GM, and he passes around a hat. In the hat are slips of paper labeling you as either A) Assassin, B) Detective, or C) Victim. Using a pre-determined killing method (winking, double-blinking), the Assassin attempts to take everyone out. Nobody may say anything during this time, only look around at the other players. The Assassin takes people out, and the Detective attempts to find out who the Assassin is. He may guess anyone, but if it not the Assassin, then that person dies. But now the Assassin knows who the Detective is and may kill him, ending the game in victory.

This might actually work... The GM (Capwn) would designate the Detective and Assassin, and the keyword. He and the Assassin know the keyword*, nobody else. When the Assassin uses the keyword in his post after a participating player's post, he takes a picture to show it to the GM (much easier to do than the current picture needed as proof). The GM will message the Victim and post the death of the Victim here, as well as the time of death (the extra info may need a bit of fiddling with). The Detective must then try to figure out who the Assassin is. And any of his guesses should be posted revealing the Assassin or an innocent and wrongly accused Victim (now deceased). Nobody knows who the Assassin is until he is killed or kills all.

Anyone think of a better way to do this?

*Keyword should be different but not obvious. Example: orange(s), spring-loaded, crazy shotgun man

Like I said. Different but not completely obvious. Now get to work you crazy spring-loaded, orange shotgun men.

You could make your own topic for that like Assassination game 2 or Assassination game Draconic Version!

Before we start the matches, I'd like to change my code-name if I may.

Original Codename: 7thSin
New Codename: Talon
Current: Talon

You'll know when we have started. Still requiring confirmation from Zappo 93.

The main problem here being that being on MGM takes a very small part of my day. Trying to tail the target is not easy in this way. Especially when I have to post a minute after him without a single online, non-team member participant.

Perhaps the previous type of Assassination could be changed a bit more. Kill posts would be up to an hour after, and don't have to be directly after the target. But he must be quoted in the killpost.

Im finding it hard to get my target despite the fact that they post many times a day. Maybe its the time zone...

Either way, Im gonna start up that other idea I had for the alternative assassin's game.
