Why do all I get is a picture of the money I could be saving with Geico ©? And why does the music play? And WHY don't I get the readings?

You cannot open Halo Map Reader 0.2 because it is either incomplete or damaged.

Btw, what language is this coded in? Obviously not BASIC, and godamn, a 30MB song of a remix of Mj's and whats his face song "somebodies watching me"
