bungie seems to not care, otherwise they would be doing something about it, i mean the second you upload a mod its on the internet and bungie would be able to find it, if they cared, and then i bet they could trace it to somehow

They have to include the xiph license because they have .ogg sound files. The xiph license only applies to those sounds. That's it.

Thank you for the clarification, everyone.
Pictures from this mod are in my FileFront picture gallery. I'm especially proud of the "Thunder Strikes Tree" picture. (Logically, the sentence would read "Lightning Strikes Tree," but his name was "Thunder".)
